Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun, born in August 1975, holds a master’s degree in Economics. She currently serves as the Vice President and Board Secretary of China Re and concurrently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Re P&C. Ms. Zhu joined the Company in 1998 and had served as Deputy Head of the Board Office of the Company, Director of Huatai Insurance Agency and Consultant Service Limited, Deputy Head and Head of the General Office of the Company, Head of the General Office (Party Committee Office) of the Company, General Manager of the Human Resources Department of the Company and Director of China Insurance Media Company Ltd. (currently known as Insurance Media Company Ltd.).
